While serving as a professor (Foreign Professor, KKU-Seoul, 2008-2015; A/Professor of Aerospace, RMIT Melbourne, 2015-2017), he actively engaged in different industries. Wrote 300+ papers and books (published by Springer) leading to startup activities in the US, South Korea, and Indonesia where he co-founded and advises more than 10 technology SMEs. He actively conducts joint university-industry research (H-index 25, 6188 citations). He helped many corporations (BUMNs, private companies, and Small Medium Enterprise (SME) or UKM) nationwide while delivering 1000+ invited talks, seminars, and workshops worldwide.

She won four silver medals in the Carnival of Research and Innovation in Malaysia
during her service to UMK 2017- 209. She has 20 years of experience in various MNC as senior managers from her early career in Chandra Asri Petrochemicals, Leighton contractors, LRQA, SAI Global, Weatherford Oil & Gas, Akzo Nobel to capital drilling in Mauritius. She graduated from chemical engineering ITB. Her research interest in Strategy Management, Entrepreneurship, and social innovations. Founder of Mitra Strategy Utama Consultant Company and initiator of JBC to improve community literation.

Salim graduated from Ehime University Japan with Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate degrees. He completed his PostDoc research at Fukuoka University in Japan. Salim has accummulated more than 20 Year professional experience and connecting & networking between education, industry, SME institutions from Japan & Indonesia. He is currently serving as a Visiting Professor at Fukuoka University.
